Service Description:

Provide a safe, police-monitored location for community members to complete in-person transactions arranged online.
- offers clearly signed exchange areas located in the visitor parking lots of designated HRPS divisions
- helps reduce risks of robbery, fraud, or theft during online marketplace meetups
- encourages use of the exchange zones when meeting unfamiliar individuals for online transactions
- provides safety tips such as meeting during daytime hours, using the buddy system, inspecting goods before payment, limiting personal information, and avoiding mail-based transactions
