Service Description:

In-home treatment of acute, episodic illness and injury for patients unable to leave their home and visit the doctor's office. Focus is on treating the frail elderly and people who are housebound or palliative
Priority will be given to those patients without office-based care and without a family doctor. A proper phone intake is required for all appointments.

Set fees (services for the frail elderly (65 years and older), as well as housebound patients who meet eligibility requirements, are covered by OHIP. In some cases, fees will apply.).
