Service Description:
|
Provides local public accessible transportation solutions for both persons with a disability and/or seniors age 65 or older
- eligible users must register for service prior to use
- door to door service within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Halton Hills
- trips may be booked for any purpose and as early as 7 days in advance
- bookings must be completed 24 hours prior to travel to ensure a scheduled pickup time
- support person or caregiver may accompany free of charge
- low income users may be eligible for subsidies through Halton Region SPLIT program

Application:

- Seniors - completed application form must include a photocopied proof of age - birth certificate, health card, passport (may be expired)
- Persons with disabilities - completed application form must be reviewed and signed by a medical practitioner
