Service Description:

Food for Life Program
- outreach program provides people in need with direct access to fresh food within their neighborhood
- application required, bring one piece of ID showing name and current address to activate your membership.
- Activation can take up to 7 days, once verified, you’ll receive your Food for Life membership number, which is unique to you and will be used for all future visits
- 2 grocery bags per family
