- personal care assistance
- bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
- medication reminders
- meal preparation and hydration monitoring
- companionship and safety supervision
- safe transfers and mobility support (bed, chair, wheelchair, and walker assistance)
- walking assistance and fall prevention
- assistance with mobility and transfers
