Private retirement home for the completely independent seniors * 165 suites with resident capacity of 194 (45 residence suites, 65 terrace suites, 48 assisted living suites, 12 memory care suites)
Services included in monthly fees:
- accommodation and utilities
- buffet lunch, dinner served to table
- special diets whenever possible (accommodated per dietitian)
- basic care service package
- weekly light housekeeping and weekly personal laundry
- annual flu shot clinic (flu shot is mandatory)
- monthly monitoring of weights and blood pressure
- coordination of doctors and specialists
- organized clubs and social activities
- transportation for organized activities
- in-suite internet and wi-fi in common areas
- voice communication system with nurse call system
- in-house cable and telephone (except long distance charges)
- instructor lead group physio exercise class
Services available at an additional cost:
- pharmacy services (associated pharmacy costs are the responsibility of the resident/responsible parties)
- wound care/wound dressing (dressing supplies are the responsibility of the resident/responsible parties)
- blood tests
- foot care
- weekly showering assistance/supervision
- arrangements for dry cleaning, alterations, personal laundry, etc.
