Service Description:

Provides food to those in need who meet eligibility criteria
Food bank services can be accessed on a bi-weekly basis
- delivery service available upon request if unable to come in due to disability or illness
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing
- Bread Basket serves the Greater Georgetown area (Hornby, Norval, Limehouse and Georgetown)

- identification for all family members and proof of current address is required for participation
- application must be filled out in person at the Food Bank
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Those assessed to have financial need are eligible to participate in the Bread Basket program
