Service Description:
|
A program that provides free monthly grocery deliveries to the homes of Ontario Works recipients in the Halton Region
- recipients receive a package once per month including a box of assorted fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a choice of protein
|

Application:
|
- Registrations are taken to the end of each month, for deliveries the following month
- Once registration is completed initially, it rolls over without further action required by the client
- Registration can be completed over the phone at 905-581-3663 ext 1, or using the self-serve form at: https://haltonfoodconnect.ca/registration-form/

Eligibility / Target Population:

- active recipient of Ontario Works benefits
- living in Halton Region
- recipients of the HFC program must be present to accept their delivery, or make arrangements with another member of their household to be present
