Service Description: A residential program for male youth who are homeless and lack resources. The program provides a safe environment where the youth can work on developing the necessary skills for independent living. The program is for clients who require moderate support in a supportive housing setting. The program is divided into three co-op houses with five residents each. The clients are required to meet with their case manager weekly to work on their care plans, including goal setting.


Application: Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online. Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
