Service Description:

Supports Black, racialized, and immigrant youth and professionals through mentorship, skills development, and career advancement programs
Provides mentorship, career development and skills training for Black, racialized and immigrant youth and adults including:
- One-to-one and group mentorship to support career advancement and networking
- Employment supports including resume development, interview preparation, and job readiness
- Youth programs focused on career exploration and workforce readiness
- Programs for women, including support for mothers re-entering the workforce
- Training in digital literacy, AI tools, and career readiness
- Financial literacy and financial empowerment education
- Workplace inclusion, leadership, and wellness training for organizations
