In-patient surgical and day surgery services offered at OTMH include:- general surgery
- gynaecology
- orthopedic surgery (including hip and knee replacements)
- plastic
surgeryurologyvascular surgeryophthalmologymaxillofacial surgeryotolaryngologypediatric surgery (tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy)
* for patients having joint replacement surgery (knee or hip), a half day education and assessment program is available to help prepare patients for the procedure
* for obstetrical patients, call 905-338-4662 to book a prenatal appointment
* pain program: management of post-operative pain is a high priority * the team will work with patients to provide the most effective and safe method of managing pain
