136 suites retirement residence with a resident capacity of 147 * independent living or assisted living * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits
Basic services include:
- 24 hour nursing staff
- personal care
- medication administration
- emergency response system
- meals
- housekeeping
- laundry
- social, recreation programs
- utilities including cable, internet, and phone
Additional bathing assistance (more than once weekly), assistance with dressing and/or grooming, medication management, escort assistance, mechanical or hydraulic lift services, continence care, wound care, CPAP or Bi-PAP, tension stockings, B12 injections, oxygen are available at an additional cost
Additional for fee services include beauty and spa services, foot care, lab services, pharmacy services, hearing clinic, private transportation for shopping and excursions, secure underground parking, personal laundry service, bathing assistance, guest suite for visiting family and friends, etc.
