Service Description: Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referrals to other community services

Provides assistance to help people manage their lives as independent adults * offers help with activities of daily living including eating, maintaining continence, bathing, dressing, personal care and mobility * supports clients with activities of daily living such as homemaking, meal preparation and assistance with medication * also offers services such as training in life skills, self-development, falls prevention and dementia care
