Service Description: Provides home health care and nursing services * services are provided in the patient's home, in hospital or in a long-term care facility * care is available at hourly, overnight, or live-in rates

Services include:
  • nursing: medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, catheter care, foot care, ostomy care, palliative care, feeding tube management, tracheostomy care, blood glucose monitoring
  • home support: light housekeeping and laundry, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, companionship and community outings, friendly visiting, grocery shopping and errands, accompaniment to medical appointments, pet care, incidental transportation
  • Alzheimer's and dementia care
  • case management services
  • personal support workers for personal care needs
  • convalescent and respite care
  • specialized palliative care services for adults at the end of life who wish to stay home * pediatric clients are accepted on a case by case basis
  • live-in caregivers

Fees: Prices vary depending on services * there is a one hour shift minimum
