  • medication placed in blister packs (sealed, push-through packaging used to separate doses)

  • certified diabetes educator (CDE) available for consultations * diabetic neuropathy foot exam
  • blood pressure check along with advice on how to attain and maintain a healthy blood pressure
  • extensive home health care supplies
  • mobility aids (walkers, scooters, wheelchairs)
  • bathroom safety products (grab bars, raised toilet seats, bath chairs)
  • bracing (neck, shoulder, back, arm, ankle)
  • electric and manual beds and lift chairs
  • short-term and long-term rentals of home health care products such as wheelchair, transport chair, bed, walker, rollator, crutches, commode, etc * delivery available
