Service Description: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults, frail elderly and people with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * transportation is not included in program fee

Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Canada * volunteer opportunities available

Fees: Set fee * subsidy available for eligible participants * additional fee for transportation
