Service Description: 140-bed long-term care home * residential care for 84 private rooms, and 56 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * have specialists in wound care, continence care, falls prevention, end of life care, chronic disease management and dementia care
